My little Noah...

Noah has become quite the funny guy lately.  He seriuosly cracks me up. 

 I am not even sure how to be a mother to him... because I just laugh.

I have to share some of the things he does.

Noah has been potty training for about 6 long months and I think he finally got it... However, the other day we were in the car and he said "mommy I smell pee" and he just kept repeating this. When we finally got to Target and got him out of the car he had peed his pants.

We took Hayden to taco bell around his birthday because he Loves the cinnamon twists they have. I told the boys that they couldnt have them until they ate thier tacos.  Hayden picked out a long very cinnamon one and told me to save it while he ate.  I continued eating my lunch when all the sudden noah slowly without me knowing snatched the one Hayden had called and ate it. As if that wasnt bad enough... He than had to tease Hayden by saying... Ha, Ha I got the very cinnamon one.

We dont have a fence in our backyard yet, and it has been so nice lately.  The boys beg me to go out in the backyard all the time.  One night we had just finished eating dinner and me and Jon were still sitting at the table and the boys begged us to go outside.  We said sure, but of course gave them the lecture about not going in the street.  I waited a few minutes and peeked out the window to check on them.  What I saw?? Noah with one foot on the grass, one foot on the street.  Just waiting for me to notice. STINKER!

The other day we went to Chick-fil-a.  We had just finished and I told Noah to go and throw his drink away while I got sissy in her seat.  When I was near the door to leave, I couldnt find Noah.  After looking all around I spotted him up at the cash register.  He just went up by himself and asked the worker for a refill... I said "noah I told you to throw your drink away" he looks at me and says... But, my tummy was thirsty.  Sometimes I wonder if he understands that I am in charge and not him.

One last Noahism...

Noah LOVES doing the laundry with me.  In fact he gets mad at me if I start the washer without him knowing.  yes, he even cries.  He Loves to watch the washer.  I lift him up and let him sit on the rim of the washer and he will seriously just watch it.  Weird? YES! But, it keeps him in one spot for at least 10 minutes.

I Love you Noah! You seriouly are so funny! You can be such a stinker, but you totally know how to work me... I can get so mad and you know it.  So, you look up at me and say...

"Mommy, your the best mommy in the whole wide world"

How can I stay mad at that?

Oh, and he also Loves to blow dry his hair?? One, day jon was getting Noah out of the tub and I walked in and found this...

family Pictures

I won a session for family pictures from an awesome girl from our old ward (yay! I never win anything).  So, this is what I got... I am thrilled because Noah was a treat (dripping with sarcasm)... Stella, was crying because of the wind. Hayden was just a model (right in his element).  I just Hate, Hate, Hate getting family pictures done. They totally stress me out.  But, I like them and am so excited to have updated pictures to hang on my wall. Yay!

Lil Buddy

Hayden turned 6 a few weeks! I seriously can not believe how fast he is growing and how fast time is going.

 I took him to the doctor and here are some stats...

Height: 45.5"

Weight: 46 lbs

Here are some fun things about Hayden...

He is in kindergarten and can read like a champ.  He is reading EVERYTHING!

He LOVES Legos

He Loves sleep overs (Grandma's, Jenners, Grammies) Whoever will take him

His favorite color is Blue (of course)

He has a crazy imagination

He is an amazing big brother, yesterday Noah was sick and Hayden had slept over at Jenner's... He called first thing in the morning to see how he was feeling.  He later told me that he was sure Noah would start feeling better when he got home.

His favorite place to eat is McDonald's

He loves being with his cousins (and Zach and Kenz).  For his Birthday I told him he could have a "frined" party and he said ok.  I said who should we invite? He said... Bronsen, Addy, Scotty, Ches...(he continued saying every member of the family).

He Loves going to the dollar store with Mom.

His favorite treat is white chocolate.

He loves playing Star Wars legos on the Xbox with Dad.

His favorite movie is the Muppets (yes, he has every song memorized and sings along)

His favorite tv show is Lego Ninago (of course)

Hayden.... Wow, where should I begin?? We seriously think the world of you.  Thank you for joining our family 6 wonderful years ago.  Thank you for the joy you have brought me and everyone else that knows you.  I am so blessed to be your mom.  You seriously melt my heart just by fluttering your beautiful big brown eyes at me.  I couldnt imagine my life without you... Love you Bud!

6 Years Old

We have a 6 year old! Our little Hayden turned 6 on April 19th! I cant believe how fast time flies! We love you so much Hayden! We have loved having you as our son.  Your so sweet and considerate and such a great older brother.  We started out the morning with the "birthday trap" and his favorite breakfast...Cinnamon rolls and chocolate milk. This year was extra fun cause we got to spend the day at the zoo with his class on a field trip.  I loved being able to spend some one on one time with him at the zoo. After that we went to eat at the spaghetti factory (his favorite).  He just couldnt wait for daddy to come home so he could open his gifts.  It was such a fun day and he was so Excited!

Happy Birthday Little Buddy!

On Sunday we had a PaRtY at our house.  He wanted to have an angry birds party.  Luckily I have a very talented friends that are crafty! My friend Brandi made an Angry Birds game for her kids and let me borrow it.  I am not sure if the kids or the adults had more fun.  Hayden insisted on having cake balls that I showed him on pintrest (what was I thinking).  I am so not domestic but, luckily my sister in law came to the rescue and helped me make them. It was a great day!

6 Months

Six months! Wow! Seriously, time is flying with this lil gal.  I cant believe it has been six months since she has joined our family and forever changed me as a mom.  Stella is growing like a weed. Here are some stats

Weight: 14 lbs 13 oz (25 %)

Height: 26.2" (70%)

Head: 16.5" (40%)

Stella is such a happy content smiley little girl.  She is very alert and always wanting to know whats going on around her.  She loves being in her bumbo, especially if she is eating in it.  She is eating baby food like a champ.  She even loves mush... her brothers never did.  She is always smiling and flapping her arms.  She loves to mumble and bable. 

She Hates her car seat and always tries to sit up in it.  She is so delicate and always has her hands in the perfect dance hand...

Stella, you are such a joy.  We all love you so much and are so grateful to have a sister in our home.  Like I said... You have changed our family in a way only you could have. 

 We think the world of you and have loved watching you grow!

Easter

The boys loved coloring Easter Eggs this year! I think this is like the first year they were actually colors and not all brown from abuse! Noah was a natural and Hayden took his sweet time planning out each egg and what color he was going to do.  Stella was a great sport cheering from the sideline... and letting me take her picture!I Love Easter!

Noah was so excited to find all of his eggs! He would squeal after each one he found.

They loved the big bouncy balls the Easter Bunny left them. They seriously ate candy all day long!

Our attempt to get decent pictures of us on in our Easter best! Like I said I tried... They do look sweet though dont they?

We finished up the day with the annual Egg Hunt at grandma Debbie's... Hayden was so nervous all day because he really wanted to find the golden egg with $10 inside, and guess what?? He DID! Two years in a row! Oh yeah! Noah just loved being outside and eating candy all day! I made Stella stay in her big puffy dress! I know I'm such a meanie!

Herriman Easter Egg Hunt

We went to the Herriman City Easter egg hunt.  Which was really just like a giant free for all.  But, the boys loved it.  There were tons of people but, it was still a hit.  Noah loved getting cotton candy and popcorn.  Hayden was a little jealous cause Noah got more than him... All in all it was a great morning.  Thanks sis for joining us in the madness!
